Balance of State Committee
The GCEH is the governing body of the Balance of State (BoS) Continuum of Care (CoC). The BoS CoC includes 101 counties which are not included in the more metro CoC's in Missouri. The BoS Committee was formed in 2011 in order to allow the full committee to focus on statewide advocacy and collaboration. The BoS Committee is charged with the following tasks:
- Serve in an advisory capacity to the committee chairs
- Assist in development of committee guidebook
- Provide input on Regional Housing Team Meeting agendas and structure
- Contribute to revisions of the BoS CoC 10 Year Plan
